  • On-site customer reception by appointment (Walk-in)
  • Provide a high quality service to customers and prospects.
  • Report to and work closely with management and the Sales department to optimize B2C / B2B customers satisfaction.
  • Manage various administrative tasks relating to product communication.
  • Monitoring orders, deadlines and keeping customers informed at all times.
  • Problem solving: dealing with problems that may arise and resolving operational issues.
  • Support customers before, during and after the sales.
  • Analyze the market and customer demands in order to identify new opportunities for development and improvement.
  • Manage product stocks in collaboration with the technical team responsible for preparation.
  • Organize and taking part in events to promote services internationally (trade fairs, meetings with resellers, etc.). The Successful Applicant
  • You will have previous experience of excellent customer service, ideally in the automotive or industrial sector, as well as an excellent command and knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • You will have an excellent commercial skills and good customer relationship.
  • You must be fluent in German and French; any other language will be considered (Luxembourgish, English, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Dutch).
  • Rigorous, responsive and able to work as part of a team.
  • You have good communication skills, both by e-mail and by phone.
  • You have good writing and spelling skills.
  • You are dynamic, organized and autonomous.
  • You are comfortable using IT tools (new CRM, Word, Excel, Office 365, JIRA) and are attentive to written communication (internal and customer). What's on Offer
