Job Content:

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with our IT team to understand the organization's needs and translate them into effective, efficient, and secure automated solutions.

Design, implement, and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management, orchestration, and automation of our IT infrastructure.
Collaborate with system administrators, software developers, and other technology staff to ensure reliable, endtoend delivery of services.
Create and maintain technical documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Ansible platform and its integration with other systems.
Participate in regular team meetings and discussions, proposing improvements and solutions based on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
Develop and conduct training programs to enhance the team's Ansible expertise.
Ensure adherence to security standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Profile:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience working with Ansible.
Strong knowledge of Python scripting and YAML.
Experience with other automation tools such as Terraform or Puppet is a plus.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix, including shell scripting.
Knowledge of various cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
Excellent problemsolving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
