- In charge of keeping records of all financial transactions for clients companies;
- Prepare financial statements for client companies;
- Prepare/Supervise the preparation of annual CIT and/or VAT-returns;
- Communicate and coordinate with clients as well as all internal and external parties concerned on the client companies under management;
- In close co-operation with the other colleagues responsible for answering administrative issues and queries;
- Degree in Economics, Accountancy or Business Administration;
- from 2 to 5 years relevant experience in a fiduciary company or PSF company in Luxembourg;
- Fluency in English and French, both verbally and in writing (German would be an asset);
- Sufficient understanding of accounting techniques and procedures as well as international tax law (CIT/VAT);
- Experience with regulated vehicles is an asset

- Préparer les états financiers des entreprises clientes;
- Préparer/superviser les déclarations annuelles d'impôt sur les sociétés et/ou de TVA ;
- Communiquer et coordonner avec les clients ainsi que toutes les parties internes et externes au sujet des entreprises clientes sous gestion ;
- En étroite collaboration avec les autres collègues, répondre aux questions et demandes diverses des clients;
- Diplôme en économie, comptabilité ou administration des affaires ;
- de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans une société de type fiduciaire ou PSF;
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit (l'allemand serait un atout);
- Compréhension suffisante des techniques et procédures comptables ainsi que du droit fiscal international (IRC/TVA) ;
- Expérience avec des véhicules réglementés est un atout
- Contrat à durée indéterminée
