    Sales Assistant
    to our
    Chief Sales Officer Europe
    to join our international team based in Luxembourg.

    WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Sales support in strategic and operational tasks
    • Communication with our subsidiaries and international business partners
    • Preparation and analysis of reports
    • Co-developing and drafting innovative sales and acquisition concepts, as well as supporting their implementation
    • Handling general administrative and organizational tasks
    • Preparation and delivery of speeches and presentations as needed
    • Handling sensitive and confidential communication via email and phone

    WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS

    • You have a commercial/business-related education and relevant professional experience
    • You are confident in communication, reliable, conscientious, and have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, additionally German or any other language would be an advantage
    • You are proficient in all common MS Office applications
    • You present yourself in a confident and professional manner
    • You are sociable and a true team player
    • You are proactive and show a strong willingness to contribute
    • Flexibility and a willingness to travel complete your profile
