    Job description:

    You will be part of a team and will work in coordination with the other entities of the Infrastructures and Operations domain. The operations of the service are based on ITIL standards. You will be responsible for the administration of the LINUX operating servers, and for all the LINUX environments (Production, quality, development, etc.); Your main goal will be to administration Redhat Linux environments and to keep the infrastructure in its optimum working capacity.

    • You will be responsible for keeping the infrastructure and data secure.

    • You will ensure the planning and smooth running of technical interventions.

    • You take care of the monitoring, maintenance and management of infrastructures.

    • You monitor and resolve operating problems and incidents.

    • Updating and management of application developments for their technical and / or functional needs, as well as support for application or infrastructure projects

    These activities will lead you to be a regular interface between all the teams in the Infrastructure / Operations Domain and the application teams, as well as those from the various service centers .The IT Departement of this very important European Public Institution carries out numerous projects to constantly improve and optimize the processes. You will join the Architecture & Deployment team, which maintains, develops and implements LINUX environments and operating Systems. 

    Profile

    Your Qualifications: 

    • You hold a University Degree (or related field) or equivalent experiences

    • Minimum higher education Bac + 3/4 or equivalent able to justify a few years of experience in similar functions in an ITIL environment. You have a first experience in the field of system administration under Linux

    • Linux infrastructure, including RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu / Debian operating systems.

    • Experience in API standards (REST, SOAP, OAS3)

    • Well-known with data bases like Cassandra, Maria DB, PostgreSQL appreciated

    • Docker: administration, image creation / containerization.

    • Python script - desirable

    • Excellent knowledge of English. French will be an asset but not required.
