Handling of claims mainly in the following areas: home, personal liability, corporate liability, travel cancellation
Assessment of insurance coverage and determination of liability
Orientation of the management of the claim, instruction, information and followup of the situation of the file with the client
Dialogue and interaction with the various parties involved (insured, insurers, experts, lawyers, injured parties) to facilitate compensation
Settlement of indemnities or expenses and realization of recourse

Profile

University degree of 3 years in management or insurance
5 years of professional experience in an insurance claims department
Fluency in French, Luxembourgish and/or German and English. Any other language would be an asset
Excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Autonomy and commitment
