    The Opportunity
    We are currently looking for Maintenance and Engineering Leader GMS to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will :

    • Improve safety, reliability, quality, environmental footprint and total operating cost of machines and installations at GMS, while permanently ensuring compliance of equipment with legal and Goodyear requirements.
    • Manage engineering budget and improve overall cost of reliability of the equipment (maintenance budget, Capex execution, spare part management, service contracts, obsolescence).
    • Improve Maintenance Team capacity, skills and capabilities and implement the right balance of insourced / outsourced capabilities and services.
    • Design, plan and supervise projects (Capex/Opex) to improve safety, quality, capacity and capability of equipment as a function of development of legal or customer requirements, or product characteristics.
    • Ensure equipment and facility compliance with legal, environmental, and Goodyear standards while improving safety, reliability, quality, and overall environmental performance.
    • Lead facility management operations, ensuring optimal performance of building infrastructure (HVAC, utilities, lighting, energy systems, etc.) and alignment with sustainability and regulatory requirements.

    Education
    To join our team you will need:
    Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field (master degree is preferred).

    Languages
    Fluent in English and French; German is an advantage.

    Experience
    5+ years of experience in maintenance and/or engineering5+ years of management experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrated experience in leading capital investment project (equipment / facility / ...).
