- Employ various prospecting methods to cultivate new sales leads and engage in freight solicitation;
- Cultivate client relationships to drive sustainable growth;
- Develop cost-effective solutions to attract and retain customers;
- Facilitate seamless communication among customers, carriers, and internal teams;
- Oversee operations, ensuring adherence to established protocols;
- Provide assistance to customers regarding pricing, operations, and payment-related inquiries;
- Support internal teams and conduct on-site customer visits as required.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales within a related industry.
- Thorough understanding of the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
- Fluency in both French and English.
