Your Team


We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Business Sales manager in the Benelux to help drive further growth in the wealth management and private banking market.

Reporting to the head of sales as part of the Sales & Key Account Management team, you will join an experienced and high achieving team and have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of Avaloq.


We are looking for someone who is highly capable, driven, ambitious and self-motivated, who wants to contribute to a strong and collaborative team spirit.


Your primary role will be to tirelessly acquire, qualify and close material sales opportunities for our core platform, digital and 'as-a-Service' products.


In doing so you will:

  • Actively create and drive pipeline by identifying, matching and engaging Financial Institutions by identifying key stakeholders, buyers and decision makers in Private Banking, Wealth and Asset Management with our products and services;
  • Implement successful sales strategies for designated sales projects and support definition of business cases for prospective clients including the Coordination of meetings with prospective clients as well as internal resources; prepare and hold presentations and workshops
  • Reach sales targets by initiating and managing sales projects until the conclusion of contracts with new clients;
  • For international accounts, contribute to a multisite sales strategy in partnership with the leading sales executive/manager
  • Channel market feedback to collaborate with our solutions, presales and product teams to drive the development of product features that will generate new business.

Qualifications:


What you need

  • Proven track record and experience of developing and winning material and profitable new business within the financial & wealth management industry with experience of complex deal structuring experience including lift outs of technology and operations
  • Relevant experience in front/middle and back office systems and services in the wealth management and private banking space
  • Proven track record of building strong engagement with key stakeholders by utilizing your resilience, drive and an insatiable hunger to find, create and win new business
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and proposal (RFI/RFP) skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English and ideally French or Dutch.
