Responsibilities
- Provide Luxembourg tax advice to multinational groups including on corporate tax environment in Luxembourg impacts of domestic BEPS measures such as interest limitation CFC anti-hybrid measures interaction with US Pillar 2 tax reforms
- Help clients navigate Pillar II regulations their tax accounting implications Drive acquisition new businesses develop expand client portfolio advising clients advisory issues Optimize clients global cash positions acquisitions international financing structures profit repatriation business model optimization etc Explain modelling approaches techniques mechanics calculations staff clients Coordinate colleagues exceed competencies Participate internal external industry working group firm development Develop talent dedicated team close coaching delegation supervision organizing technical meetings
