Junior Corporate Officer - Legal Department

  • Coordinating and liaising with the team, external parties, notaries for the execution and delivery of legal documents (e.g., extracts of trade registry or BO registry), legalization of documents, keeping corporate documents and records (e.g., signatory lists, trade register etc.) up to date.
  • Reviewing, keeping, filing (efile, edesk, wet ink copies, etc.) and archiving all corporate documents including any written exchange with the regulator.
  • Organising and followup of board and other meetings including the execution, signing and delivery of any related documentation.
  • Drafting of simple corporate documents such as circular resolutions, termination letters etc.
  • Gathering and comprehensive presentation of documents to respond external and internal documentary requests e.g., RFPs., KYC requests and others.
  • Maintain and ensure update and record of policies and procedures in close collaboration with respective teams of the Management Company.

Qualification and experience:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a legal/company secretary/ corporate matters
  • First class communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
