Project Scheduler - Luxembourg - Paul Wurth Group
Description
We are looking for aProject Scheduler (M/F/d)
As a Project Scheduler you will be the point of contact for integrated time schedules and will be responsible for compiling them in the sales and execution phase.
Your main tasks:
- Creating integrated time schedules for major international projects
- Superordinate deadline control for the entire internal value chain (E/P/C)
- Monitoring, checking and consolidating pertaining schedules with a higher degree of granularity
- Maintaining and updating integrated time schedules
- Monitoring the progress of projects and checking the corresponding forecasts
- Compiling the associated progress reports
- Analyzing the time schedules with regard to deviations and evaluating critical paths in the project
- Calculating and evaluating buffer times, critical trends, whatif scenarios, etc.
- Communicating as a member of the core team with customers and main business partners.
What do we expect?
- Master Degree in engineering or economics
- At least 5 to 10 years of experience in operational deadline control in major plant engineering projects
- Very good knowledge of Primavera and MS Project tools
- Affinity for all things technical and the ability to familiarize yourself with the relevant technical areas
- A structured, autonomous and thorough way of working combined with a high degree of dedication and reliability
- A willingness to undertake business travel
- Businesslevel command of spoken and written English
- Strong team and communication skills and a high degree of personal commitment.
