Human Innovation Partners is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Payroll Officer to join a reputable firm in Luxembourg.

As an HR Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related tasks in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Your role will involve managing the full payroll cycle, maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and providing support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries.

You will also collaborate with other HR departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll information with HR systems and processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the main point of contact for all legal and HRrelated inquiries from HR colleagues, employees, and managers.
  • Take proactive participation and provide support for various HR projects.
  • Ensure accurate creation and maintenance of employee data, with a particular focus on structured data maintenance.
  • Be responsible for payroll calculations and the execution of associated tasks such as payroll tax and CCSS.
  • Manage employee absences and perform administrative HR tasks.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll administration or a similar role.
  • Experience with payroll software and managing payroll processes.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in German and English is required, any other language is a plus.
