The Global Project Management Office team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to lead our Project Office for Engineering Services.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects by providing strategic oversight, coordination, and leadership.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and maintain quality standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Coordinate a team of Project Managers and Engineers, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, and ensure alignment with the organisation's objectives.
- Monitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, and provide timely solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by optimising project management processes and procedures.
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in engineering services to drive innovation and excellence.
- Position includes international travel up to 25%

- Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
- Experience building and analysing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organisation
- PMP certification is a plus
- Bilingual in English and another language is a plus
