At Cartier Luxembourg, we are expanding our family by looking for a highly organized and pro-active Operations Coordinator for a full-time position, based in our
boutique of Luxembourg.


MISSION


As a close partner to the Boutique Managers and the boutique team, the Operations Coordinator actively participates in the success of the boutique, strengthening and organizing the operations.

The Operations Coordinator executes operations adapting to client journeys (offline / online) & new logistic flows.

Your strong admin experience allows you to
lead the operational and administrative topics, enhancing boutique performance.

As a key partner, you
oversee all operational activities of the boutique, back office, and administration.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • We count on you to actively propose new ways of working, filing, monitoring, auditing all procedures to optimize efficiency and thoroughness.
  • To ensure the optimal model stock at all times, you ensure in collaboration with the stock administrator an efficient daily stock management and are responsible for all inventories related to finished goods, nonfinished goods, and customer service.
  • You act as the main point of contact for repair center and workshop, working closely with our customer service team, the watchmaker, and the sales team.
  • You assist and support the management with various assignments (boutique projects, boutique opening / closing) and promote new ideas to improve the flows of operations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have
    min. 3 years of experience in retail operations or stock operations, ideally in a luxury environment.

Result-oriented, you have excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers and have great organizational skills.

  • You love working in a demanding environment and **speak fluently French and English.
