Description
Be the first contact person with external stakeholders and clients;- Organize internal and external meetings (agendas, meeting rooms preparation, catering organization, assistance during meetings);
- Coordinate business trips;
- Prepare correspondence, reports, plannings, meeting minutes and presentations;
- File and archive documents;
- Take responsibility for small projects like company events;
- Execute spontaneous Management requests for assistance ;
- Perform office 5S / Clean desk policy audits;
- Act as office manager keeping up with office supply inventory, organizing and maintaining filling systems, managing pool cars, etc.
- You have a previous experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
- You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in German, French and English (spoken and written);
- You have strong knowledge in MS Office, Teams and Social Media administration;
- You are proactive and dynamic;
- You show strong organization, prioritization, timemanagement and multitasking skills;
- You are able to work independently;
- You show a Handson approach to problem solving.
