Description
Be the first contact person with external stakeholders and clients;

  • Organize internal and external meetings (agendas, meeting rooms preparation, catering organization, assistance during meetings);
  • Coordinate business trips;
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, plannings, meeting minutes and presentations;
  • File and archive documents;
  • Take responsibility for small projects like company events;
  • Execute spontaneous Management requests for assistance ;
  • Perform office 5S / Clean desk policy audits;
  • Act as office manager keeping up with office supply inventory, organizing and maintaining filling systems, managing pool cars, etc.
  • You have a previous experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant;
  • You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in German, French and English (spoken and written);
  • You have strong knowledge in MS Office, Teams and Social Media administration;
  • You are proactive and dynamic;
  • You show strong organization, prioritization, timemanagement and multitasking skills;
  • You are able to work independently;
  • You show a Handson approach to problem solving.
