Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with banks for opening (including completion of necessary forms) and activation of bank accounts on behalf of our clients;
  • Full administration of online banking platforms to include setting up bank accounts, users and access permissions in line with Langham Hall policies;
  • Dealing internally with various teams and also with clients to solve issues proactively using own initiative and commonsense;
  • Building, and monitoring of processes involving maintenance and organisation of clients' bank accounts;
  • Responsibility for managing team communications, which may operate on a crossjurisdictional basis;
  • Maintaining signatories lists of the bank accounts and ensuring it's up to date;
  • Acting as a key contact for any banking related matters internally and externally
  • Performing control and put in place regular procedures and checklist to ensure smooth run of banking tasks;
  • Preparation of quarterly reports internally for LH and externally for CSSF regulator;
  • Leadership, support and division of work provided to Junior Banking Relationship Officer

Technical Knowledge/Skills Required

  • Direct experience of client service in a professional service firm;
  • Technical mindset (highly required to maintain bank accounts setup on the platforms);
  • An understanding of the legal and regulatory regimes and compliance applicable to Luxembourg;
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
  • Proactive and problemsolving approach to client servicing;
  • Ability to set priorities, be flexible and highly accurate;
  • Ability to plan effectively, with strong deadline orientation;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Excellent organisational skills and interpersonal skills for a high degree of Internal and external interaction;
  • Fluent in English is a must
