CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions.

We are currently hiring an Oracle Database & Linux Administrator Consultant, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.

Your tasks

You administrate Oracle and MSSQL server database

You monitor database activity and preventive and corrective actions
You draft the environment documentation and maintenance procedures
You administrate LinuxRHEL and Ubuntu, install and configure servers
You integrate and maintain the monitoring platform

Profile:

You have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
You have at least a Bachelor's degree
You are fluent in French and English
You are experienced with the administration of Linux servers / Oracle databases and/or MSSQL Server
You have strong knowledge of Shell scripting

Optional technical knowledge:
NFS, Oracle RAC OneNode, Ansible, GIT, Docker, Elasticsearch, cloud environments (Azure / AWS)
You have the capacity to provide analysis of the licensing situation of software products
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You have the ability to draft policies and procedures in IT
You have the capacity to provide analysis of the licensing situation of software products
