One of our most reputable clients is hiring a Legal Manager to join their Fund Management division in Luxembourg.This is a great opportunity to join a leading firm and work in-house with a team of experienced, dedicated lawyers.

_Key responsibilities:
_
- Providing legal expertise to the subteams, and Luxembourg companies (regulated and partnership).
- Support and oversee your team drafting and reviewing legal documents for deals and transactions management throughout the companies' life cycle (acquisition, holding period, divestment ).
- Liaising with colleagues from the European deal team, PE team, lawyers, tax, etc., for daytoday investment supervision.
- Second the supervisor in Lux, and help in developing internal procedures and training.
_Role Requirements:
_
- Minimum of 5 years of experience. Ideally within a Law firm or Finance industry.
- Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
- Experience working with Credit / Debt / Private Equity Funds in Luxembourg.
- Team management experience.
