Main duties and responsibilities:


  • You actively support Corporate AMDS H&S Department to design, maintain and improve a health & safety reporting and analytical culture within the organization.
  • Uses statistical and programming tools such as Phyton, SQL, Power BI for analyzing large amount of data and developing actionable insights and trend analysis.
  • Participate in Agile initiatives to bring new ideas and translate business problems into solutions.
  • Prepare deliverable reports for business purposes and provide regular reporting and updates to Corporate AMDS H&S Team and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Being able to communicate and explain data and its implications to various stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring all required reports are accurate and delivered in due date.
  • Identify and address new opportunities for process improvement.
  • Close collaboration with IT department.
  • Any other activities that may from time to time be required by management to improve health and safety performance.

Education:


  • Master's or bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency at using Python, SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools to execute technical analysis and visualize results is a plus.
  • Proficiency knowledge of MS office programs.

Skills:


  • Develop, publish, and maintain Power BI dashboards and for AMDS
  • Strong Excel user, Sharepoint Administrator and 3rd party software administrator.
  • Data stewardship responsible for all highly sensitive health and safety data at AMDS.
  • Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and selfmotivated as part of an international remote Team.
  • Experience creating shared Business Objects reports within the health and safety metrics is a plus.
  • Programming experience and/or ability to learn new coding languages is a plus.

Work experience requirements:


  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Previous experience in health and safety is an advantage

IT requirements:


  • Proficiency in PowerBI, or others like Tableau, Clickview, Alterix, etc.
  • Data Quality
  • Data Integration, ETL (extract, transform, load), data virtualization is preferred
  • Data Warehousing is preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL is preferred
  • Database management is preferred

Languages:


  • Language requirement: English. Other EU languages are a plus (e.g. French).
