Our client, a global industrial player, leader in its market, is looking for its future:

Financial Controller
Position based in Luxembourg

Role:

Participating in the control of legal entities and month-end and year-end closures.
Interacting with the auditors.
Supporting management control within the various divisions.

Ensuring and monitoring the proper implementation of GAAP guidelines in the different subsidiaries (Lux GAAP and German GAAP).Qualify the financial impact of alternative production options in order to provide financial support for decision making.

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Supporting subsidiaries in various tasks (analysis, monthly consolidated closing, P&L, etc....)Participating in projects that require the support of the Controlling department.

Ad hoc analysisAt least 5 years of experience in controlling.

Minimum Bachelor degree in economics or financeVery good knowledge of MS OfficeA first experience in SAP FI/CO is a plus.

Fluent in English and German.

French is an advantageStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to look beyond the current state and create new, well-defined processesHigh level of responsibility and reliability.
