- Manage preparation and validation of month-end reports for management, including balance sheet and profit and loss statements
- Coordinate the delivery and review of information received from various stakeholders
- Monitor and analyse budget variances
- Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses, based on profitability, customer segmentation, peer comparison etc., to support management decisions
- Assist the Controlling team in budgeting and forecasting
- Drive continuous enhancement of the management information system and databases, including automation initiatives and implementation of best practices
- University degree in Finance, Business, Econometrics, or any similar discipline in the financial area
- Experience in banking, finance or advisory with a focus on financial reporting and planning is an asset
- Good understanding of accounting principles
- Knowledge of banking and consumer credit is an asset
- Experience in financial modelling is advantageous
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of data mining and business intelligence tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau, R, Python etc.) would be an asset
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Precise and accurate working style with an eye for detail while keeping the big picture in mind
- Strong organisation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude with focus on delivering results
- A proactive and reliable team player
- Motivation and ability to learn new skills/software tools independently
- Fluency in English is mandatory; German, French or other languages are advantageous
