Introduction

  • Inside the D&IT Quality/Manufacturing, the Quarto Applications developed on the Scale-Up platform cover transversal processes across Flat Europe, like FMEA, claim management, internal quality issue treatment, customer concessions, process change management, certificates paint optimization,... These tools have been designed with the business (quality teams, CTS, process engineers)_
  • Future rollouts and future scope like common customer labels require reinforcement to progress and deliver on time common solutions for the business. _

What does the job entail?

  • A Product Owner (PO) role, tightly linked with the business stakeholders (key users, CTO experts) to design the solutions, with an approach focused on business processes, harmonization, and simplification. Maximizing the integration of the already developed platform is also a key target.

Project Management:
with the analysts of the team, define features and stories (using Agile Method) to enable developments. Manage the resources and the planning, arbitrate priorities, organize testing, including business acceptance. Support the business for the roll-out in the different clusters.


Who are we looking for?

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of the quality business: experience in internal quality, external quality or CTS domain is a must.
  • Business process oriented.
  • Engineering or IT background.
  • Willingness to learn IT methods and technologies.
  • Ability to manage small teams (515 people) mainly remotely.

Key competencies:

  • Knowledge of A2C product catalog principles.
  • Experience in quality methods like 8D, Why/Why, FMEA.
  • Fluent in English. French and Spanish knowledge is also an additional advantage.
  • Negotiation skills
