As part of Dennemeyer Software Solutions, you will join our Software Development unit as a Scum Master to help our development teams with Scrum framework.

You will be working with multiple teams.

You have a solid experience as a Scrum Master. You are very well organized and can switch and juggle easily with different tasks at the same time. You are passionate about software development and people, motivating people to get the most of each them.

You would like to participate in large scale software development activities creating an impact for thousands of active users around the globe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define, refine and document our Scrum process
  • Make sure that people (Product Owner, Tech Lead, Developers, QA testers) can collaborate in a constructive, positive and productive manner
  • Help the teams in understanding and following the scrum values that have been defined globally (common for all the teams) and locally (specific for each team)
  • Make sure Scrum ceremonies are setup and properly followed across all the development teams
  • Proactively seek out obstacles and help to unblock them by suggesting alternative Agile approaches
  • Be able to think out of the box and be flexible when needed
  • Check the quality of the items created on the boards and help the teams to improve
  • Define keys, collect figures and generate reports to have a measurable feedback of our process and improve
  • Help the teams continuously improve their way of working, guide them with your Agile and Scrum knowledge
  • Guide the teams in adopting Agile best practices that best suit their working environment and optimize productivity
  • Provide and/or facilitate all kinds of needed feedback, good and bad
  • Connect with people and build a trust relationship with them
  • Foster the teams to be selfmanaged and take ownership
Your Profile

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer in computer science, engineering or related field is an asset
  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in working with multiple teams is considered as an asset
  • Be very well organized and switch and juggle easily with different tasks, teams or projects at the same time
  • The Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification is considered as an asset
  • Experience with Git
  • Eager to learn, understand and improve various aspects of product delivery and team dynamics
  • Creative team player with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Excellent time management, problemsolving and attention to detail
  • Handson experience with Azure DevOps or a similar tool
  • Experience in continuous integration, CI/CD pipelines and nightly builds is considered as an asset
  • Experience with C# or any other programming languages is considered as an asset
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; German and/or French is considered an asset
