- Day-to-day Accounting: Manage the accounting processes for the International Headquarters, ensure meticulous record maintenance, and prepare year-end financial statements following Lux GAAP standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review interim accounts as required and assist with monthly Group reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- VAT: To maintain our commitment to financial integrity, handle VAT declarations, ensure adherence to current regulations, and support external audits.
- Cash Management: Manage cash flow and assist in forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ideally, 4 - 5 years of experience in accounting, mainly in Luxembourg.
- Experience in Luxembourg is required.
- Experience in BIG 4 International Companies is a plus.
- Knowledge of TAX rules.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency using SAGE BOB50 is an asset.
- Strong communication skills in German (at least B2) and English are required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and colleagues, building strong working relationships.
