BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to be involved in Lean projects for a client in the banking field in Luxembourg


Project Manager - Lean Management:

The Project Manager will support the development of the Lean Management Methodology by mapping the hierarchy of tyhe project. The company is currently implementing the optimization process and they need a strong support for the next steps.


Main Activities:

Managing a project portfolio realted to the Lean Managament;
Ensuring project completion within specified timeframes and budgets;
Ensuring the quality and technical requirements of the managed projects;
Monitoring projects's progress by addressing any issues or risks that arise;
Coordinating and communicating with project stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress;
Managing project documentation and reporting;
Be responsible for following and run the Project KPIs.


Requirements:

At least a Bachelor's Degree in technical field,
At least 7 years of working experience in Project Management, with deep knowledge of Lean Management;
Demonstrate strong experience in the Project Management;
Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;
Mandatory fluency in French; English or Italian represents a plus;
Work Permit for Luxembourg is required.
