To support our growth, we are currently looking for an:
Project Manager:

Your mission
Reporting to the Head of Support, Administration and Control, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the company including:

With the Head of Support, develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs
Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans
Provide regular updates to the Head of Support and other stakeholders on project status and progress
Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Your profile:

At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, project management)
Documented experience of 25 years in project management, especially in technologic and operation transformation projects, monitoring of project plans, timelines and budgets ideally in the Finance industry
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables
Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Strong issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactively seeking opportunities for process(es) improvement(s) Fluency in English.
