  • To support our growth, we are currently looking for an:
    Project Manager:

Your mission
Reporting to the Head of Support, Administration and Control, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the company including:

  • With the Head of Support, develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and performance against established KPIs
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and project plans
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Support and other stakeholders on project status and progress
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget

Your profile:


  • At least a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration, project management)
  • Documented experience of 25 years in project management, especially in technologic and operation transformation projects, monitoring of project plans, timelines and budgets ideally in the Finance industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Detailoriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in project deliverables
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, collaborating with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong issue resolution skills, with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for process(es) improvement(s) Fluency in English.
