    Administrative Assistant (permanent contract)
    .

    The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, open to expanding their knowledge, and able to work independently while demonstrating a high degree of initiative, and reliability.

    You will be part of a small and dynamic team where you will be directly involved in the matters at hand, gaining valuable experience and autonomy.     Your tasks

    • Perform general secretarial duties
    • Handle incoming calls and emails
    • Manage agendas and coordinate meetings
    • Greet and welcome clients
    • Organize travel arrangements
    • Manage office supplies and inventory
    • Communicate with suppliers
    • Maintain filing and archiving systems
    • Draft and send correspondence
    • Create PowerPoint presentations
    • Organize events, including team-building activities
    • Provide personal assistance to the Managing Partner

    Your profile

    • Driving license mandatory (not necessary to have a car)
    • You are fluent in French and English (mandatory)
    • You are proficient with Mircrosoft tools (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook)
    • You are a dynamic and flexible person
    • You have strong organization (ability to multitask) and communication skills
    • You have an excellent presentation
