- Assist and advise clients on corporate transactions (corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures.)
- Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
- Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
- Ensure legal monitoring on Corporate / Financial matters and conduct legal researches
- Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members
- Has between 5 and 6 years' experience in Luxembourg law firm for the corporate
- Holds a Master's degree (or similar degree) in law, ideally completed by a post-graduate degree
- Has an excellent command of French and English written and spoken. A good command of Luxembourgish is an advantage
- Likes to take initiatives and is pro-active
- Is open to challenges and learning opportunities
- Is a good team player and, at the same time, capable to work autonomously
