Grow with us We are looking for a colleague to join our Transaction Management Team that is part of Alternative Investment Services Fund Management Department. We are responsible for managing Alternative Investment transactions, coordinating due diligence, maintaining accurate documentation and tools, and contributing to process and efficiency improvements.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Conduct transaction processes within Alternative Investments
- Coordinate due diligence and transaction activities with internal departments and external parties
- Assist in projects involving transfers, restructurings, and contributions-in-kind or distributions-in-kind
- Maintain and update transaction tools (e.g., SharePoint), including documentation upload and ensuring data accuracy
- Prepare and maintain transaction documentation and internal process guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of efficiency initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and data quality in line with internal policies and audit requirements
Your skills and experience:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Alternative Investments, fund administration, or a financial institution
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Initial interests or first experience in project coordination, process improvement, or operational support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- Client-focused approach and service-oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint or similar tools is an advantage
- Fluency in German and English
