  • Do you have a "can do" attitude and want to be part of our growth story and create impact? We're looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to:
  • On-board new clients, new funds or product launches as well as material changes during the
lifecycle of the fund (change of portfolio manager etc.)- Deal with special regulatory, operational or general product related projects

  • Coordinate and design the operational set up based on client requirements whilst being supported by the project team
  • Make use of appropriate tools and documents and comply with defined procedures within the
onboarding team. Improve applied project management practices and foster standardization by defining standards applicable to all projects. Supports the delivery of the project plan details with regard to required set-up details and timelines.

Coordinate and organize project meetings and calls with the client and keep track of the project tasks- Track the fund projects assigned to you.

Prepare the project to be presented in front of our work

streams and committees. Inform stakeholders pro-actively about open tasks and issues and drive the implementation to achieve high client satisfaction- Ensure timely completion of each project, inform stakeholders in case of delay or changes in the

project and escalate to the management and within the project organization (e.g. onboarding meeting) if appropriate- Ensure that operational aspects and requirements in the on-boarding of a new clients and

fund/product or in case of a material changes are considered and met. In particular, support internal approval processes according to defined processes and UBS policies for new fund projects


Your team

  • You'll be working in Luxembourg within Asset Servicing which is part of the Global Wealth Management entity. We are managing and servicing institutional clients seeking financial solutions and which have with us either an investment fund vehicle or an institutional corporate structure. As a result, we offer a wide range of services to our clients including custody and paying agent services, domiciliation and corporate secretary, fund administration and transfer agent service as part of UBS white labelling solution, brokerage, securities lending together with our full Wealth Management offering.

Your expertise

  • Previous experience in managing fund projects would be of distinct advantage
  • Expert knowledge of Luxembourg fund structures and financial regulation would be of advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Very good organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to cope with pressure
  • Strong analytical and logical aptitude, capable of breaking down problems into straightforward actions and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal English. Other languages are considered as plus
  • Driven and highly motivated person, who naturally takes ownership and who can deal autonomously with highly sophisticated institutional clients
  • Highly responsive and clientoriented and committed to excellent client service
  • Capable of understanding client's needs and translating them into solutions
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Team player
