Anidris is looking for a talented and driven Sales/Marketing Assistant to support the Sales teams, handle some Marketing initiatives and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
:
Sales
:
- Support the sales team in daytoday administrative tasks and coordination.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings, presentations, and proposals.
- Manage and update client databases, ensuring accurate and uptodate information.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance metrics.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of salesrelated documentation and materials.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding processes.
Marketing
:
- Collaborate with our external marketing agency on executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Develop engaging content for print and digital platforms.
- Enhance customer engagement by optimizing CRM systems
- Plan and execute internal and external events, ranging from intimate gatherings to larger functions (20 to 200 attendees).
Administrative
:
- Perform varied administrative and support tasks required for business leads
- Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; meetings and event arrangements; customer relations; special projects.
Qualifications
:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills to build, develop and maintain internal and external partnerships
- Solution focused and positive attitude are essential
- Possess a cando attitude and the ability to prioritize the workload
- Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
