  • You've worked as a coach and mentor for other developers.
  • You have the capacity to manage and advance projects.

Recruitment process

profile review-TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

  • We will conduct a technical interview to assess your knowledge and skills in the relevant areas. Additionally, we want to evaluate your cultural fit with the company. This step may take up to 1.5 hours and will be conducted via video call.

ALL SET

  • After the interview, we make a decision and we will get back to you in up to 10 business days.
