Senior Financial Control Analyst


What is the opportunity?
Member of the Finance team.

This position is necessary to ensure the integrity of the IS Bank numbers that are the basis for the preparation of the regulatory reports, statistical reports, management reporting and/or planning and forecast used for decision making processes.


What will you do?

  • In charge of complex area of accounting (Transfer Pricing accounting, IG transactions booking and invoicing, reconciliation and controls in link to IG transactions)
  • In charge of data analysis,
  • In charge of periodic reporting to be sent to management, head office and regulator,
  • Reconciles monthly accounting and financial data,
  • Ensure appropriate followup and resolution of anomalies with appropriate department,
  • Lead specific area in a project in relation to systems, transfer pricing processes and controls,
  • Is in regular contact with external auditors, regulatory authorities and head office,
  • Ensures timely escalation of issues to the management ,
  • Participates in the production of key process indicators related to business performance.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Degree in finance or accounting (BAC +3/+5),
  • 5+ years experience in a Finance and/or Transfer Pricing role in a similar business environment,
  • Good Knowledge of transfer pricing rules,
  • Good knowledge of transfer pricing rules, finance, and bank accounting,
  • Good level of French and English (written and oral), other languages are asset.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data integrity,
  • Ability to work on tight timelines,
  • Must be able to deal with a variety of issues on a concurrent basis,
  • Ability to work as a team player,
  • Ability to coach other team member on certain topics,
  • Ability to review and enhance processes,
  • Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize,
  • Analytical and organizational skills,
  • Proactive,
  • Good collaboration and communication skills;
  • Must be able to deal with a variety of issues on a daily/monthly basis,
  • Project Management knowledge.

Nice-to-have

  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards,
  • Good knowledge of computerbased tools (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook),
  • Good knowledge of enterprise tools (SAP4hana, Coupa, Concur, ).
