Job summary
This job involves establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks for each SPV in line with shareholder agreements regulatory requirements and corporate policies ensuring strict adherence to corporate policies and processes financing covenants and governance standards by continuously monitoring compliance and implementing corrective measures where required preparing reviewing and monitoring annual budgets forecasts business plans ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations overseeing financial operational reporting cycles timely accurate reporting management shareholders auditors acting as key liaison internal teams external stakeholders coordinating capital transactions shareholder onboarding negotiation key contractual arrangements related SPV activities supporting integration new assets SPVs portfolio overseeing governance development construction operational phases monitoring ESG EU Taxonomy compliance tracking sustainability metrics ensuring SPV performance aligns corporate strategy risk management principles.
