Your role:

As a TA Register analyst, and together with the members of the Register team, you will be responsible for defining the future operating model for the TA Register team and creating a world class experience for our customers, updating data in our systems and performing daily checks related to our professional anti
money laundering and anti
terrorist financing (AML/ATF) obligations

Responsibilities:

Configuring and updating client databases
Archiving investor documents
Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across all TA Register team processes
Collaborate with counterparts in other functional areas as well as the TA Operations to drive standardization of core process elements to support long terms growth and scale
Serve as a trusted intermediary between the different teams to ensure effective adoption of global standards
Serve as gatekeeper for change management in assigned process areas
Advocate for TA Register team in global standards discussions
Handing internal and external requests linked to the client register

Your profile:

Qualifications and experience:

A Master's/ University Degree in Finance/Engineering degree or a related field.
Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior experience accessing and using analytical tools simultaneously, though never losing sight of the big picture.
Personal qualities:
Exceptional attention to detail and excellent organizational and time-management skill.
An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and to simplify processes.
Selfstarter with a natural curiosity to learn new skills in an everchanging environment
Independently work on projects and present meaningful results to the leadership team
Responding to and supporting customers' requests (widerange of requests) in a timely and customer obsessed fashion.

Languages:

Written and spoken fluency in French and English
The

following skills would be considered as a plus:

Knowledge of Multifonds software
Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations
Knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration), as well as of the related regulatory framework.
Experience in the transfer agent field on a client register and/or AML/KYC team.
Experience with Excel advanced functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups)
Spanish or German
