For our private banking activities in Luxembourg, we are currently looking to recruit a:

IWS Product Management Officer

Permanent contract

Role and Responsibilities:


The IWS Product Management officer will work closely with the PBLU IWS Head of Product management on the implementation and ongoing management of the IWS change agenda, on the operational management of IWS risks including control design and embedding, and on product development and management, including sales support and business administration.


  • Actively contribute to the local implementation of Group strategic initiatives, Global Compliance streamlining initiatives and changes in regulatory framework
  • Tight coordination with all Risk and Control stakeholders in order to implement and manage an effective and robust IWS risk framework
  • Report risk metrics to relevant risk forums and track remediation of issues.
  • Support IWS Global Product coordinators with the delivery of their strategic growth plan across Luxembourg, which includes Product Development and other Product relating solutions
  • Support sales efficiency and related BAU, including ongoing due diligence of sales partners and service providers
  • Support the client facing staff in complying with the regulatory environment in the sales processes
  • Assist with day to day business administration and supervisory related tasks

Professional Skills and Experience

  • University degree, preferably in management, economics, finance or similar
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Good skills in financial instruments and good understanding of financial markets
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fluency in English and preferably French
  • Understanding of priorities, respect of procedures and legal environment
  • Understanding of clients and business needs
  • Compliance and risk awareness
  • Management of stakeholders across GPB
